The Canara Robeco Mutual Fund’s smarTPartner App is a convenient and quick way to access the services offered by Canara Robeco Mutual Fund to their Partners. It is an easy-to-use, one-stop shop for all the existing Partner services.
It has various benefits such as:
- It offers transacting capabilities on the go from your smartphone.
- Partners can generate quick KYC request for their Investors.
- Partners can track and manage all types of investments with Canara Robeco Mutual Fund and generate links for investors for all transactions through the App.
- It offers safety features such as login using biometric, face recognition, PIN, and password with two factor authentication.
What are the limitations of the smarTPartner App?
The smarTPartner App does not allow transactions for Joint holders and users with DEMAT folio.
Where to download the smarTPartner App?
smarTPartner App can be downloaded by anyone using Android or iOS smartphone/tablet. They can download the App from their respective Google Play Store & Apple App Store. Internet access is required to download, install, & use the App for free. Post installation, the App icon will be visible on your smartphone/tablet, and it will be ready to use.
What are the features available to users of the smarTPartner App?
After Login, the main services offered by the smarTPartner App are:
- Partner Dashboard
- Investor-wise Portfolio Dashboard
- Start Lumpsum/SIP for Investor
- Other Transactions such as Redeem, Switch, STP, SWP, eNACH creation, UPI Autopay registration and execute multiple transactions at once using cart functionality.

How to use the smarTPartner App?
- Upon clicking on the smarTPartner App icon, you will see the login screen.
- If you are not Empaneled with Canara Robeco then click on “Get Empaneled” and then Click on the “Sign Up” link & complete the Sign-Up process.
- If you are already empaneled & registered with Canara Robeco website/App then use your ARN Number and password to login & then enter PAN Number for two factor authentication or with one of the other modes of login such as a pattern, biometric, or PIN if you are already installed & configured the App.
How to view Detailed Portfolio of a Specific asset class in the Mobile App?
You can view a detailed portfolio by clicking on “REPORTS”. Your net sales, gross sales, gross redemption, current AUM and scheme wise breakup will be displayed to you on the screen
Can a transaction be initiated from the Detailed Portfolio itself?
On Dashboard at bottom, you have option “Investors” by clicking that button you can check all your Investors and select one to transact.
How to do various MF transactions from the App? Which transactions can be done through the Transact in My Folios Feature of the App?
You can do various transactions through the Transact in My Folios module, such as:
- Investment in NFO’s,
- New Purchases in new and existing mutual fund schemes,
- Additional Purchases in new and existing mutual fund schemes,
- Redemption,
- Switch,
- SIP,
- SWP,
- STP,
- Pause/Cancel Systematic Transaction,
How to view Transaction History via the Mobile App?
Upon clicking Transaction History icon from dashboard, all investors transactions which are processed, in-progress & initiated are listed there. You can click on any transaction item to display the transaction status details.
How to Pause or Cancel Systematic transaction from the Mobile App?
You can pause or cancel various systematic transactions like SIP, SWP, and STP using the Pause/Cancel Systematic Transaction feature module. Click on Man Icon then click on ‘Systematic Plans’ search for investor and respective SIP/SWP/STP, click on ‘Actions’
Can the Account Statement be viewed or downloaded from the Mobile App?
Yes. By clicking on the other transactions, select “Statements” then choose Investor for which you want to generate a statement, select a specific folio and scheme, and then you will be able to download or email the statement.
How to get Capital Gain Statement through the Mobile App? What are the details and steps required to receive the Capital Gain Statement via Email?
By clicking the other transactions select “Statements” then choose Investor for which you want to generate statement, click on ‘Capital Gain Statement’ tab and then select specific folio and scheme and then you will be able to download or email the statement.
Which User details are present in My Profile on the App? Can these details be modified from the My Profile?
You can view the sign-in details, Personal Information, Nominee details, and Bank details. From your profile section you can edit your password and Nominee details.
What are the Security features accessible from the Settings tab on the App?
You can use the Settings tab to enable or disable Biometric mode (Fingerprint, face Recognition, etc.) of Login on supported devices as well as PIN and Pattern options for Easy Login into the app.
You can also change your password.
I just made investment today for my Investor. When will I be able to send Account Statement to investor?
You will be able to send the Statement of Account within 3-4 working days from the date of transaction of investment with the selected Scheme carried out on the app.
Can Investor Redemption proceeds be directly credited to his/her Bank Account?
Based on Redemption request, the Redemption proceeds will directly be credited to investor Bank Account which is linked to folio.
What should I do if I am unable to Login with existing User ID and Password?
Sometimes an incorrect User ID or Password is entered. In such cases, you do have the option to reset your password using the “Forget Password” Option.
