Notice is hereby given that Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited (“the Company) intends to let out following 7 residential flats (2BHK) owned by the Company on Leave & License:

Terms & Conditions:

  • Offers will be accepted only from Institutions/Corporates having net worth of Rs.1 crore or more
  • The Offers received by the Licensor will be evaluated and a communication will be sent as to the acceptance or rejection of the offer within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of offer.
  • Flats shall be used only for residential purpose
  • License period shall not exceed 24 months (2 Years)
  • Police verification shall be done as per the Government regulations.
  • SLeave & License Agreement shall be signed by the parties as per the format provided by the Licensor.
  • Stamp duty & Registration charges shall be borne by the Licensee
  • 1 Month License Fee shall be paid on or before registration of Leave & License Agreement. Before occupation of the Flat, the balance shall be deposited by way of Post Dated Cheques (PDCs) dated 5th of every subsequent month
  • Interest free security deposit equivalent to 6 months License Fee shall be kept with the Licensor on or before registration of Leave & License Agreement
  • License Fee remains fixed throughout the License period of 2 years
  • Maintenance & taxes together with non-occupation charges, if any, will be paid by the Licensor
  • All applicable utility charges such as electricity, gas, water, cable TV, parking, club house etc., shall be paid by the Licensee.
  • In case of dishonor of cheques, Bank charges together with Interest @18% p.a. till clearance of arrears will be charged. If cheques are dishonoured for 3 consecutive months, Leave & License Agreement will be terminated forthwith and the security deposit will be refunded after deducting the arrears of rent together with Bank charges and interest @18% p.a. for the period of default, however, after receiving vacant possession of the flat/s along with keys to the flat.
  • The Licensor reserves its right to accept/reject any/all offers without assigning any reason whatsoever and the decision of the Licensor in this regard will be final & binding. No further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

Notice Inviting Application for Empanelment of Stationery & Cartridge Vendor

Applications are invited in the prescribed format for Empanelment of vendors for supply of Office Stationery and printer cartridges at Mumbai HO.

The eligible and interested vendors may collect the "Document for Empanelment" from company's office at 4th Floor, Construction House, 5, Walchand Hirachand Marg, Ballard Estate, Mumbai – 400 001.

Alternatively, the document can also be downloaded from the website of company namely http://www.canararobeco.com/main/notice.aspx

The duly completed document in the prescribed format with all supporting documents shall be submitted at the above mentioned address in a sealed cover and super scribed as "Application for EMPANELMENT OF STATIONERY & CARTRIDGE VENDOR" on or before 20th May 2011 by 06.00 pm.

Canara Robeco Asset Management reserves the right to accept / reject any/all the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Notice for selection of IS auditor for Mutual Fund audit - 24/04/2010
Considering the importance of systems audit in the technology driven asset management activity, we have decided to conduct mutual fund systems audit by an independent CISA / CISM qualified or equivalent auditor.

We are looking forward to work with expert consultant, who can drive this assignment smoothly. Detailed scope will be discussed with the selected consultants, to apply for this assignment fill the Application From with appropriate documentation and dispatch to Canara Robeco office in sealed envelope by 27th April 2010.

Selected consultant will be sent formal letter on or before 30th April 2010 for further discussion and proposals.
